In anticipation of the 250th anniversary, the GCHA is thrilled to be a part of the Suffolk County Passport Book!
Unfortunately, the Suydam Homestead will not be available for tours this spring as we await the completion of necessary maintenance. However, we are excited to announce the upcoming installation of an outdoor informational sign, similar to the one outside the Dove Cottage in Centerport. The sign will encourage historic learning even while the home is temporarily closed.
In the meantime, please visit our office weekdays between 10 AM and 1 PM in the Harborfields Public Library, or join us for a Stamp Day on July 11th during the Grand Reopening of our other historic property, the John Gardiner Farm!
